Product Return Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If the product you received is damaged or if the size does not fit, we offer a straightforward return process.
Return Conditions
- The return must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- Contact us via WhatsApp or call +255 719 174 024 to initiate the return.
- Include clear product images and explain the reason for the return (damaged or incorrect size).
- The product must be unused and must include the original purchase receipt.
Return Process
- Initial assessment will be based on the images you provide. We may request additional images for verification.
- If the return is accepted after virtual assessment, we will pick up the product from your location free of charge.
- Once the returned product is physically inspected:
- If confirmed to be unused and eligible, you will receive a voucher equal to the value of the product (after any discounts applied during checkout).
- If we conclude that the product was used, the return will be denied. In this case, you will be responsible for the delivery cost to return the product back to you.
Customer Appeal and Communication
If you disagree with our assessment or return denial, you will be given the opportunity to explain your case. We will schedule a virtual meeting through Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams to listen to your concerns and review the situation further.
Important Information
All returned products must be in the same condition as delivered—unused and with original tags or packaging intact. Any signs of wear or use will result in denial of the return request.
