Return Policy

Merchandise for return must be postmarked within 7 days of the purchase date. Returns made after this date will not be accepted and will be shipped back at the expense of the purchaser.

Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed in any way. If merchandise is damaged by these or any other means it will not be accepted for refund or store credit and will be sent back at the expense of the purchaser.

Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.

Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels. Shoe box fees are charged when footwear is returned in a damaged shoe box. Returns will not be accepted on footwear without the original box.

Returns must include a copy of the original sales receipt.

Please note: Return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund amount. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you choose to ship the item on your own, you will pay the carrier at the time you ship your return.

"Final Sale" items cannot be returned or exchanged.

HOW TO PROCESS RETURN WITHIN 7 DAYS OF PURCHASE

  • If you need to request a return shipping label please email us. A prepaid return label will be emailed to you within 24-48 hours.
  • Place unworn merchandise back in original box/packaging with all tags and filler paper.
  • Make a copy of the original sales receipt and place back in original shipping box with merchandise.
  • Remove old shipping labels and use supplied return label on the outside of original shipping box.
  • You will be contacted when your return has been processed via email.

MISPLACED ORDER INVOICE

If you have misplaced or deleted the original Sales Receipt or Order Confirmation email, registered users may obtain a new copy by logging into “My Account” if you have a registered account. The Order Confirmation reflects any discounts, shipping amounts, taxes, and original payment method details.

Exchanges (if applicable)

If you would like to exchange your item, the quickest way to get an exchange / replacement is to place a new order. Place your new order for the item you would like and return the one you don’t need at your convenience with our Flat rate return shipping fee (plus applicable taxes) or at your own expense with a courier of your choice. We will process your return and credit once we receive your package. (Pending Product inspection). For exchanges, the same policy applies as our return policy. Product(s) must be unworn, in its original packaging and within 7 days of purchase.
